Hi! I’m your MM coach Leigh here to support you if you are peri- or post-menopausal.

I received a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Charleston and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Winthrop University located in South Carolina. I am also a graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina where I received a Masters of Healthcare Administration. I’ve been a Registered Dietitian since 2009 working with clients all across the lifespan.

More recently, I’ve been working with women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who are at a loss when it comes to ‘unexplained’ weight gain as they transition through peri-menopause to a post-menopausal state. My passion for working with menopausal women came from my own experience with weight loss resistance with age. After having my one and only little miracle girl in 2017 with what was considered a ‘geriatric’ pregnancy, I did what all other women do…tried to lose the baby weight. I quickly found that what worked before in my 20s and early 30s didn’t work! From there I started digging in and realized there was so much I didn’t know about the changes that were happening.

My goal is to help you cut out the noise and learn how to manage menopausal weight gain and other symptoms with proper nutrition, exercise, and education surrounding the hormone changes you are experiencing.
