So, here’s the thing: you shouldn’t expect to lose any weight in the first 30 days because the focus is on fixing a wrecked metabolism – which takes time. However, we typically see a 5-8 lb weight loss, depending on your start weight. If you don’t lose weight within 12 weeks, we recommend checking out what’s “under the hood” by getting a thyroid/hormone panel.
