I have a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition from Texas State University, and have been a part of the Metabolism Makeover team since 2021.

I absolutely love teaching women how their body actually works and supporting them as they break up with dieting for good!

As a result, they are empowered to confidently make food choices and sustainably reach their goals, all while improving their relationship with food.

As a boy mom (x3) I understand that life is busy. I aim to guide women into making realistic changes that they can be consistent with.

I am here to be your food freedom hype girl, and give you bumpers as you navigate ditching the diet and trusting yourself to fuel your body effectively.

I can’t say enough how much this program has positively impacted my mindset.
