Brief Description of Support Groups

New members

This is a group for members who have been in M3 for less than 6 months. The goal in this group is to help guide you through this new way of life and to direct you to the resources you need most. 

Postpartum & Pregnancy

A group of women “going through it” together! The goal of this group is to provide support throughout the entire spectrum from pregnancy to postpartum. 

Not getting results (thyroid)

This group is for those who need extra support after 4+ months of seeing no results and suspect metabolic insufficiency. 

Emotional Eating

This group is for those who struggle with emotional and/or binge eating. This is a safe space to talk through your triggers and find strategies to put an end to emotional eating. 

Moms

That’s it. If you’re a mom, you know that only other moms get it! You have additional challenges around prioritizing yourself with the additional responsibility of keeping humans alive. This group will address those challenges and hold you accountable to taking care of yourself, too. 

More than 50 pounds to lose

Fat loss takes time – especially when you’re doing it the right way – and this group is here with you for the long haul. Find the support you need to play the long game. 

Consistency

You’ve got the MM principles down. You know what to do. But…you just can’t get yourself to do it. You either find yourself wondering why you don’t have the willpower or, quite frankly, you’re just too busy for consistency. In this group, we’ll focus on the tools to help keep you consistent and most importantly – we’ll hold you accountable! 

Mindset

Mindset Coach Lyndsey Chambers will lead a call every month to tackle your mindset blocks, self sabotage, negative self talk, and anything else that’s holding you back from truly living.
