I was in school to be a dietitian and I couldn’t lose weight the way I was taught to.

After weeks of 1200 calorie days and 60 minutes of daily cardio, I lost control.

I took down an entire jar of peanut butter with my bare hands. The worst part was what happened after—when the embarrassment and fear kicked in.
