Everything But The Bagel Salad

Is it just me, or do salads at restaurants just taste so much better? I love having salads when I go out to eat! Not because I am trying to eat light, but because I can never seem to make salads at home that taste as good as the ones served in restaurants. This is probably because I refuse to buy the plethora of ingredients needed to make salads actually good. 

Luckily for me, we created this gem! 

Everything But The Bagel Salad. 

If you are a fan of this seasoning as much as I am, then you are going to love this salad! It is packed with nutrients, full of taste, and has that little bit of crunch that puts it over the top. This is hands-down one of the easiest salads to make that doesn’t require a ton of ingredients, and best of all…it is actually satisfying! 

Another great thing about this salad is that it is perfectly PHFF! Meaning it’s packed with protein, healthy fat and fiber so you won’t be feeling hungry an hour later. 

EBTB seasoning is an OG Trader Joe’s staple. But it’s gotten so popular, they sell a version at pretty much every grocery store now! If you haven’t experienced it’s magic before, just look in your seasoning section. I put this on cottage cheese, eggs, salads, pasta, veggies – it pretty much makes everything better.

Everything But The Bagel Salad

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: NONE!

Serves: 1


  • 1 c shredded cabbage
  • ½ c shredded carrot
  • ½ c broccoli slaw
  • 3 Tbsp cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz nitrate-free deli turkey
  • 6 high-fiber crackers, crushed (rec: Mary’s Gone)
  • 1 tsp Everything but the Bagel Seasoning (to taste)
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing (rec: Tess Mae’s, Primal Kitchen, Herby Ranch Dip)


  1. Combine cabbage, carrots, broccoli slaw, cheese, turkey, crackers, and seasoning in a large bowl.
  2. Top with ranch dressing. Add more seasoning to taste.
