Hey there! I am a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Nutritional Science from Central Michigan University. I joined the Metabolism Makeover team in 2021 and have loved every minute of it.

When it comes to my expertise as a dietitian, hit me up for any and all things blood sugar management, fat loss, and improving your relationship with food (AKA: you can eat the foods you love without stress!)

I love helping women realize that they absolutely can and deserve to feel amazing in their bodies. We have many other important things to do everyday besides running on the “diet hamster wheel”.

I’m also your go-to for support when it comes to diabetes prevention and management. My husband is a type 1 diabetic so I totally understand the ins and outs of blood sugar and living a realistic lifestyle.

Whatever your goals are, I’m so excited to be your coach, accountability partner, and cheerleader along the way.

My libido came back this week, and it’s stronger than it has been in I don’t know how long!
I’ve gained better sleep, energy, mood, digestion, BETTER PERIODS, clearer skin, much less frequent migraines, and on and on.
The difference I’ve noticed in my energy is wild.
I feel soooo good about the changes I’m seeing in my body. It’s so motivating!
I feel like I'm “the real me” for the first time in LITERALLY decades.

I literally feel like a different person this summer. Yes, there have been some low, frustrating moments in this health journey, but I am so changed. I want to go more, do more, and engage more. I feel like I’m “the real me” for the first time in LITERALLY decades. I’m embracing and practicing a sort of radical self-acceptance that includes accepting my body for the wildly imperfect, yet still miraculous, creation that it is. It feels freeing and makes me want more and more of the things that make me really feel alive!

I’m hitting the beach soon, and I’m looking forward to getting into that swimsuit! I would NEVER be in this headspace around food/body without MM and you, ELLE. Since starting almost a year ago with you, my mindset around food and life in general has dramatically changed. Did I reach my weight loss goals? No. But, do you know what I did lose? My goal to lose weight!! IDGAF what that scale says.

I’ve GAINED a better relationship around food, a better mindset around my body, a system (PHFF) that I can always rely on, and a community in MM that has my back and constantly reminds me that diet culture is for the birds. I think I’m ready to graduate! LOL! I never want to stop working with you, but I know when I do, it will make room in your schedule for the next person you’re going to help!

I wanted to reach out to you and let you know how wonderful MM is, but, in particular, how amazing working with Elle has been. I found [Metabolism Makeover] because I was at my wits end, talking to doctors who wouldn’t listen, and Elle has been so wonderful to work with and was exactly what I needed. Her patience, skillset, and attention has been life changing for me. I’ve been working with her since February, and I’m going into M3 with the confidence to do all the things that I either didn’t understand or couldn’t do before. Everyone at Metabolism Makeover is out here challenging a generation of women and helping to break down incredibly troublesome societal norms. Thank you for making it a science!

I sleep through the night now, my digestion is on point, and I have energy throughout the day without caffeine.

I started my 1:1 in November, suffering from adrenal fatigue, over-training, and under-eating. I felt terrible, my sleep was rough, and my energy and digestion was NOT good. We started by working on rest & recovery and increasing my calories. I haven’t lost weight or inches, BUT I HAVE healed my adrenal fatigue and fueled my body within my macros while upping my calories! I sleep through the night now, my digestion is on point, and I have energy throughout the day without caffeine. Overall, I’m feeling better in general; I’ve worked my way up to walking 7K steps a day, everyday, and I recently added 1 weight training workout into my week. I wake up feeling refreshed, hungry, and ready for the day, which means my metabolism is on fire! I have 30-40g protein per meal, and I’ve cut all supplements, except for electrolytes & magnesium. I eat until I’m satisfied & can go 4 hours between meals. I feel great about my progress and I’m happy I took the leap to do the 1:1! Next up is adding weights to start changing my body composition!!
